i am trying to incorporate some of the principle-centered leadership stuff i read into my stuff, so that it has a bit more continuity to it. so? how are we looking on everything else? keep me informed; we're coming down to the last of it boys!

well, all y'all get your papers done and in? hope so... i was done at about 3 this afternoon, lol... anyhow. that leaves us one week to finish the group assignment, so? i think we are well on our way, are we not? i hope to get the rest of my part done over the weekend here, so? lemme know if you have any questions or concerns...

umm... first off... i am a big dunce. the group work isn't due until the 5th of december. yeah. so? we have another whole week. so? take a deep breath, and relax. ash, i think we will just put it all up on the website and give it to him like that? i am pretty sure that he said that was okay. so? does that answer your question? and yes, we should prolly hard copy it all, just in case. so? as for me, if it's okay, i am going to put off any work on the group thinger until later this week, in a probably vain hope of getting the paper done on time (due fri.!) i haven't even touched it... yeah. time management... so? lemme know what ya think!

good work justin! i think it is good stuff. some slight editing, mostly spelling and the like, no worries there. i hope to have my stuff in by monday, so? i'm gone for the weekend, so you two will have to work among yourselves... lol. anyhow... good work!

i have got some stuff done on my bit, not a lot yet, though. a little bit for each point; when i expand them some i will get some of it posted for y'all to check out. how's your stuff going hamster? lemme know. anyone started on the paper? that's that i thoght.... keep in touch.

slaps... i doubt it. lol... anyhow... j., i will start working on poicies and such things, so if you want to start on something else, whatever suits ya. i am mostly gonna go with the how we do stuff, so? start with that, and go from there. slaps, grab a little chunk and start on that, hey? lemme know what you all are doing, and we'll all post our progress, and we can discuss any needed changes. 10-4? cool.

i was thinking much along the same lines, j. grant said he wanted to see things that were relevant to things we talked about in class, and i think our policies and organizational structure will be a big thing, as well our projections. so? i think we are mostly on the same page, which is good! thanks again for the work, j. i think this is turning out to be a very conveinient way to communicate, do you guys agree?

good work on the site so far, i am impressed. i think maybe we will want to add some color, though? as for the designs being gone, no surprise, like ya said. umm... do we need any designs up? I am thinking we could get away with out them for now, or maybe w/ just a couple. i dunno, lemme know what ya think. i'll check here later for the hampster's post, and we'll go from there, hey?

Just some quick buisness to take care of, so we can get this expansion plan moving in the right direction! Reminder: This is due, along with our lovely term papers, on Nov. 28th! So? We need to get cracking!

Justin: I believe that you had a lot of good ideas drawn up, did you not? (that sheet we were working on, remember?) If you could type that up and post it on here so that we can go over it and start working on some of it, that would be great! You and I will will take larger portions of it, which leads me to Ash...

Ash: Can you start getting the foundations going on our website? I'll leave the design stuff mostly up to you. Use tripod or whatever you are most comfortable using, hey? Post the addy when it's up, if you would, and then we can be in communication about its prgress. You already have the logo, so you can work with and around that, I presume? If we need more, let us know, and we'll fgure it out. Website is gonna be key, I think, so? I would like to see something about who we are and what and why we do things.... (we'll have to put that together, base it on Veritas?) Also, a breif statement on our current situation, to give us a base from which to build. A spot to post out expansion plan... and...? Anything else you can think of. I don't expect you to do all this work, obviously, just want you to know so you can make a spot for it all. CooL?

So, mostly now we wait for Justin's post, b/c I honestly don't remember what all was on it. I know we wioll need to discussing on how we want to structure the organization as it grows. We we want to pick a specific model and go with it, so we have something to compare to, I think. We can talk pro's and con's a little later. So, J, you and I will take a little more of this admin. stuff from your list to free up time for Ash to work on the site. Agreed? We'll start doling out specific tasks once that list is up on here...
